Oral Presentation Instructions

Timing

Each oral presentation is limited to 15 minutes, including the Q&A session.

File Preparation

Please prepare your presentation file in PPT or PDF format and save it on a virus-scanned USB drive. Presenters should arrive at least 15 minutes early to meet the session chair and upload their files.

Backup

Please email a copy of your presentation file to yourself as a backup for emergency access.

Equipment

Each room is equipped with an LCD projector, screen, microphone, and laptop. Please ensure your files are compatible and use commonly available fonts.

Multimedia

For presentations containing videos or multimedia content, please ensure all files are properly formatted and linked.

Poster Presentation Instructions

Size

Maximum poster size: 59.4 cm × 84.1 cm (A1).

Design

Posters should be visually appealing, clearly organized, and readable from at least one meter away.

Attendance

Authors must remain with their posters during the designated session to discuss their work with attendees.

Poster Content

Each poster should include the following sections:

Title of the Presentation and Authors
Abstract
Introduction
Methods & Results
Conclusions
